Physiotherapist in Ixelles, in the heart of Châtelain

A team of physiotherapists to relieve your pain, recover from an injury or surgery and get back to an active life.

Kiné Châtelain is a physiotherapy practice at 19 rue de Tenbosch in Ixelles, in the Châtelain neighbourhood of Brussels. We treat adults, athletes, pregnant women and new mothers, and children.

Our approach is based on movement and on your active participation. Every course of treatment starts with a full one-hour assessment, followed by a programme built with you and based on current scientific evidence. The goal: lasting results, and exercises you can keep doing on your own.

Several physiotherapists with complementary specialities work together at the practice, alongside our osteopaths. Depending on your situation, you are referred to the most suitable practitioner.

How your treatment works

  1. 1

    A one-hour assessment

We listen to your history, assess your mobility, strength and pain, and set concrete goals together.

  2. 2

    Active treatment

Manual therapy when needed, but above all exercises suited to your level, progressing from session to session.

  3. 3

    Your independence

You leave with a home programme, so you keep progressing between sessions and avoid relapses.

  4. 4

    Measured follow-up

Your progress is reassessed regularly. We adjust the plan and involve a colleague from the practice if needed.
