The easiest way is to book online through our Doctoranytime booking system. You can also contact us by phone or by email at contact@kinechatelain.com.
For physiotherapy, a medical prescription is required to be reimbursed. For osteopathy and our other specialties, no prescription is needed.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00. We don't have a receptionist: if we don't answer, send us a text message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
No, our physiotherapists are not contracted (non-conventionnés) and do not apply INAMI/RIZIV rates. For osteopathy, many health insurance funds offer partial reimbursement. We chose not to join the agreement set by INAMI so that we can set our own fees. This allows us to take into account all the costs of providing quality care and to be paid fairly for our work. Being non-contracted also gives us more freedom in how we run our practice: we take the time each of you needs during the first one-hour consultation, where we carry out an initial assessment so that your treatment is tailored as closely as possible to your needs. It also allows us to spend more time on continuing education, so that our practice stays up to date and we can offer you the best care. We invite you to contact your health insurance fund to find out how much you can be reimbursed for a physiotherapy session. Reimbursement levels vary between funds and supplementary insurance.
It depends on the specialty: physiotherapy 30 to 60 min, osteopathy 45-60 min, sports coaching 30-60 min.
The number of sessions depends on your condition and your goals. For physiotherapy, it also depends on the medical prescription. For osteopathy, 3-4 sessions are usually enough.
